One-Year Warranty

All of our products are backed by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Important: Returns will not be accepted without a valid RAN. Packages sent without an authorized RAN will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition, including all original packaging, documentation, parts, and accessories.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fees

A 10% restocking fee may be applied to merchandise returned after the 30-day window or for non-defective items. If you have questions regarding restocking fees, please contact us before your order is processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will either replace the specific parts or ship a complete new unit. A pre-paid return shipping label will be provided for the return of the defective product.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, please email or call us as soon as possible. If the order can be canceled before shipment, no penalty or charge will be incurred. While we make every effort to halt processing once notified, cancellation is not guaranteed. If the order has already shipped, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.

Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. In such cases, you will be promptly notified and provided with a full refund and an explanation for the cancellation.
